Edward manages all aspects of administration for acquisitions, management and construction, and also manages the leasing process together with our brokers. Edward has been in the Real Estate business since 1988.

MANAGING PARTNER
Wolf handles all legal aspects of the partnerships, and scouts for new properties. Wolf has been in the tech industry and has funded and sold publicly traded companies, now dedicating full time to real estate.
Maty
ASSET MANAGER
Maty oversees all aspects of maintenance and repairs for our properties, including maintenance contracts, work orders and tenant service requests.
Maria
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEIVABLE
Maria takes care of all payments to vendors and scheduling, as well as accounts receivables and tenant charges and credits.
